Powerweave is targeting about 30% revenue growth in the current fiscal year as it expands the use of artificial intelligence across its products and internal operations.

The group is applying AI across three parts of its business: aws promostack for promotional products, ewiz procure for procurement, and Snowkap for ESG and net zero work. The technology is being used in software development, procurement workflows and supply chain sustainability analysis.

Around 60% to 65% of Powerweave's software development lifecycle is now carried out with AI assistance, cutting the time needed to build complex product features from roughly six to eight weeks to two to three weeks.

To manage that shift, the business has put in place an internal framework covering code development, testing, security, specifications and governance. The framework is intended to maintain quality and control as more of the development process uses AI tools.

Across businesses

Within ewiz procure, Powerweave is integrating AI into several steps of the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals and requests for information, analysing supplier responses, and producing technical and commercial recommendations.

The procurement platform is positioned as a layer that works with existing enterprise systems rather than replacing them. ewiz procure is designed to help customers get more value from current ERP and source-to-pay investments.

At Snowkap, AI is helping organisations process large volumes of data to identify carbon-intensive areas in supply chains and spot opportunities to reduce emissions. The platform is aimed at moving customers beyond reporting towards actions linked to decarbonisation.

In its promotional products operation, aws promostack combines software, AI tools and back-office support across order management, artwork, customer service and fulfilment. Powerweave says this reflects an approach centred on applying technology to industry-specific workflows rather than adding AI as a separate layer.

Changing model

Powerweave is also seeing a change in how customers discuss technology contracts. Client conversations are shifting away from traditional full-time equivalent-based engagement models towards pricing linked to volumes and outcomes.

That shift comes as AI alters the economics of software and technology services. Powerweave argues that while basic technology development is becoming more accessible, expertise in industry workflows, integrations and data models remains important in serving large organisations.

The company serves more than 350 organisations worldwide and employs more than 1,600 professionals. With a background spanning more than 25 years, its current portfolio is built around procurement technology, sustainability software and systems for the promotional products sector.

Powerweave also disclosed operating metrics across its businesses. aws promostack processes more than 40,000 orders a day at more than 98% accuracy, ewiz procure manages more than USD 900 million of indirect spend with more than 5,000 suppliers onboarded, and Snowkap supports reporting across more than 25 frameworks while reducing disclosure preparation time by 70%.

Dheeraj Toshniwal, Chief Executive Officer at Powerweave, set out the company's position on the shift. "AI is fundamentally changing how technology businesses build, operate and create value. For us, the opportunity is not simply about using AI to automate tasks, but about embedding it into our products and processes to deliver outcomes for our clients. We are moving towards a model where technology is ultimately measured by the business value it creates, whether that is lower procurement costs, reduced carbon footprint or improved order economics," Toshniwal said.
