Tue, 15th Jul 2025

Mediaocean has announced the promotion of Drew Kane to Chief Product Officer and Stephanie Dorman to Chief Operating Officer of its Prisma media management platform.

These leadership changes arrive as Prisma is positioned for further global expansion, with advertising spend worldwide nearing USD $1 trillion.

Leadership changes

Drew Kane assumes the Chief Product Officer role following more than 17 years with Mediaocean, where his previous positions included Chief Client Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. Stephanie Dorman, employed at Mediaocean for over 15 years, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, having held responsibilities within Sales, Customer Success, Product, Development, and People & Culture.

Both executives will report to Ramsey McGrory, recently promoted to President of Prisma. McGrory stated,

"Over the past ten years, Prisma has expanded its global client footprint, significantly advanced its product capabilities, and more than doubled its revenue. These promotions are designed to fuel the next phase of growth and strengthen Prisma's role as a foundational partner to agencies and brands worldwide. Drew and Steph have a deep understanding of our clients, the ad space, and the opportunities that lie ahead. I am excited for both of them taking on an expanded role in the company."

Product and operations

Prisma, which is owned and operated by Mediaocean, is used by over 100,000 users internationally. The platform provides technology for AI-driven media buying, optimisation, and execution, connecting brands, agencies, suppliers, data providers, and ad technology partners through a single workflow. This is intended to facilitate operational efficiency and support performance objectives across multiple advertising channels.

Kane will be responsible for leading product strategy, vision, and the development roadmap across the Prisma platform. He will also oversee initiatives to unify linear and digital media workflows and further develop integration with media owners, technology providers, and data partners. Kane's remit includes advancing platform-wide innovation within Prisma.

Dorman will manage Prisma's global go-to-market activities and agency partnerships, with responsibilities that include guiding the adoption of Prisma's features across large global holding companies as well as independent agencies. She will also oversee relationships with strategic partners, such as Innovid and Protected by Mediaocean, and is tasked with growing adoption rates among agencies and brands.

Industry recognition

Dorman's leadership has previously been acknowledged by industry groups. She was named a Wonder Woman of the Year by Multichannel News and included among the Top 10 Women Transforming Customer Experiences by Chief Women Leaders.

Growth and future trajectory

Mediaocean's suite of advertising infrastructure and ad tech tools is currently used by more than 100,000 people, managing over USD $200 billion in annualised ad spend globally. Prisma operates as the system of record for media management and finance within the company's portfolio, which also includes Innovid, an independent ad tech platform for creative, delivery, measurement, and optimisation, and Protected by Mediaocean, an integrated solution supporting ad verification and brand safety.

Kane and Dorman's expanded responsibilities at Prisma come at a time when the platform is increasing its scale, aiming to provide deeper integration with key partners and to advance AI-driven workflow and media management capabilities for its clients worldwide.
