Eagle Eye partners with Neophyte.ai for AI retail insights

Eagle Eye has announced a partnership with Neophyte.ai to deliver real-time marketing solutions through advanced consumer intelligence.

Neophyte, an AI as a Service company based in India, specialises in Vision AI solutions tailored for omnichannel retailers. The collaboration will integrate Neophyte's 'Sentinel' product, which employs real-time visual intelligence to track consumer behaviour in retail environments, with Eagle Eye's marketing capabilities.

This integration aims to enhance customer engagement by using real-time data to understand consumer profiles and purchase intentions. Jonathan Reeve, Vice President APAC, Eagle Eye, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership's potential. "Whether it's our tools or Neophyte's, with the amount of data it's now possible to harvest and analyse—in real time—about consumers is incredible," Reeve stated.

He further elaborated on the benefits of the collaboration, saying, "The retailers that use our solutions already have masses of data about what any individual loyalty program member is interested in before they enter a shop. Now, retailers can combine our solutions with the one provided by Neophyte to get even more granular insight into what somebody walks into a particular store, on a particular day, at a particular hour, is inclined to purchase."

Anurag Sahoo, CEO and Co-Founder of Neophyte, shared his perspectives on the partnership's impact. "Neophyte's strategic partnerships and close technology integrations with complementary SaaS platforms like Eagle Eye help us to truly make each customer's in-store journey personally tailored for them," he remarked.

The approach is exemplified through a use case involving a loyalty program member who receives tailored offers based on real-time actions. For example, a customer identified as 'Raj' could be offered bonus points for purchasing mushrooms he appears interested in within the store. Similar interactions could occur when navigating towards the fruits section, where a discount on strawberries might be offered.

Eagle Eye, known for its scalable loyalty and promotions capabilities, provides solutions that power customer engagement for various prominent retailers globally. Its AIR platform, which processed over 850 million personalised offers weekly, is instrumental in this integration.

Neophyte's solutions, powered by its platform AmIware, are aimed at enhancing brick-and-mortar retail operations through Visual AI. They provide insights into customer demographics and behaviour, enabling better marketing strategies and merchandise planning.

This partnership with Eagle Eye is expected to leverage advanced tracking and analytics to improve customer experiences and optimise store operations while safeguarding consumer privacy.
