Agoda opens Bangkok technology hub for nearly 4,000

Wed, 1st Apr 2026

Agoda has opened a new Asia-Pacific technology hub in Bangkok, bringing nearly 4,000 employees together in one location.

The travel platform has moved into One Bangkok, occupying more than 26,000 square metres across seven floors. The site houses teams working across technology, innovation and regional business functions linked to Agoda's wider travel marketplace.

Founded in Thailand and headquartered in Singapore, Agoda said the move reflects its continued focus on the region. It also described the new base as part of its longer-term investment in Asian technology hubs while maintaining a presence in central Bangkok.

The office was designed to support technical and operational work. Facilities include a dedicated Network Operations Centre for systems monitoring, collaboration rooms for coordinated responses across teams, and a studio and audio room for content production.

One Bangkok's built-to-suit arrangement allowed Agoda to configure the workplace to its requirements, with the design focused on technology, collaboration and employee well-being.

Regional base

Agoda operates a digital travel platform offering more than 6 million holiday properties, more than 130,000 flight routes and over 300,000 activities. The Bangkok office supports business functions linked to that network.

The relocation also reinforces Bangkok's role in Agoda's operations. Although the group is headquartered in Singapore, its origins in Thailand remain central to its identity, and the new office keeps a substantial workforce in the city.

One Bangkok is a mixed-use development by Frasers Property group and Frasers Property Thailand. Located at the corner of Wireless and Rama 4 Roads, the district has direct access to Bangkok's mass transit system.

The development holds LEED Platinum certification for Neighbourhood Development, along with WiredScore and SmartScore certifications related to digital connectivity and smart building systems.

Office design

The new site is intended to consolidate staff previously spread across separate locations. By bringing employees into a single campus-style office, Agoda aims to create a more unified base for engineering, operations and support teams.

The scale of the office makes it one of the larger technology workplaces in Bangkok. The move also gives Agoda more space for day-to-day collaboration and dedicated infrastructure to support its global travel platform.

Chief Executive Officer Omri Morgenshtern commented on the opening and the thinking behind the design.

"We're excited to open this new space at One Bangkok designed to support how our teams innovate, collaborate and grow. The state-of-the-art facilities reflect our investment in creating an environment where people can do their best work and continue building world-class tech that delivers exceptional travel experiences," said Morgenshtern.
