Circles.Life has launched a new cashback payment card in Singapore, partnering with Airwallex and Visa. The launch expands its Zerofy rewards programme from selected apps to everyday spending worldwide.
The Circles Zerofy Cashback Card offers cashback on purchases across all merchants and apps, including overseas transactions. Circles.Life is positioning it around instant cashback and fewer common restrictions, such as minimum spend requirements and cashback caps.
Zerofy began in late 2025 as a cashback programme for Circles.Life telco subscribers. It offered uncapped cashback on participating apps, including Shopee, Lazada, Foodpanda, Trip.com and TikTok Shop. Because it was integrated into those apps, users did not need vouchers, coupon codes or manual activation.
Circles.Life said customers have been earning more than $1,000 in cashback each month. It also reported a 30-point increase in Net Promoter Score in the last quarter, which it attributed to the cashback experience and stronger customer loyalty.
Card features
The card provides cashback on all purchases, with no minimum spend and no cashback caps. It also has no foreign exchange fees and offers cashback on overseas spending.
Circles.Life is also positioning the product as a travel and foreign exchange card, citing competitive exchange rates for international spending and zero foreign exchange fees.
Subscribers can activate the card through the Circles.Life app, which also includes card controls and a view of balances and transactions.
"The Zerofy Cashback Card is unlike anything in the Singapore market, a cashback experience with zero conditions that fits right into how our users already live, whether it's their morning coffee, daily commute, or weekend shopping. The response from early adopters has been incredible, and we're seeing real momentum as new subscribers sign up to get access. Powered by our partnership with Airwallex, this is what Circles.Life is all about, going beyond connectivity to make everyday life genuinely more rewarding," said Hashim Muntazar, General Manager, Circles Life Singapore.
Airwallex role
Airwallex is providing the financial infrastructure for the card. Circles.Life said the integration gives users access to a multi-currency card from the start and supports instant cashback settlement.
The card can be used across more than 70 currencies and markets. Its overseas spending proposition centres on zero foreign exchange fees and the exchange rate applied at the point of transaction.
"Circles Zerofy Cashback Card shows what's possible when financial services are embedded directly into platforms consumers already use every day. We're excited to support Circles as they expand beyond connectivity into financial services, using a global financial infrastructure that's designed to scale securely and seamlessly from day one," said Arnold Chan, General Manager, Asia-Pacific at Airwallex.
Visa network
Visa is providing network acceptance for domestic and international transactions. Circles.Life said the card is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, which it framed as supporting the security and reliability expected of a consumer payment product.
The launch places Circles.Life among telcos and consumer platforms in Asia that are adding financial services through partnerships with payment firms and banking infrastructure providers. This approach reduces the need to build payment rails and compliance operations in-house, while enabling financial products to be integrated into existing customer journeys.
The card also sits alongside Circles.Life's mobile onboarding and eKYC journey in the app, which the company linked to faster activation and a single interface for telecoms and financial services activity.
Broader strategy
Circles operates a software platform business that sells tools to telecoms operators in multiple markets. It also runs Circles.Life in Singapore as a digital telco brand used to develop and test new propositions beyond connectivity.
Airwallex, founded in Melbourne in 2015, operates a global payments and financial platform with licences across regions including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Its services range from payment acceptance to corporate cards and spend management for businesses, and it also provides infrastructure for companies building their own financial products.
Circles.Life and Airwallex plan to expand the portfolio of digital financial services available to Circles.Life subscribers in the coming months, with additional embedded services under consideration.
